Joselito Perez Marquez, better known as Joey Marquez, is a Filipino actor, comedian, politician, and former professional basketball player with the Philippine Basketball Association. He was born to the late director Artemio Marquez, Sr. and Teresita Esguera Perez. Her siblings include Via Marquez Hoffman and Melanie Marquez. He was mayor of Parañaque, Philippines from 1995 to 2004, and ran but lost the parliamentary race in May 2004. Marquez again ran for mayor of Parañaque in the 2010 annual elections, but lost to the outgoing mayor of Florencio Bernabe, Jr. retired from politics and focused on his drama and film projects. He is a contract artist for ABS-CBN and GMA Network.

In films and television shows such as On the Job, Tiktik: The Aswang Chronicles, and Girl boy bakla tomboy, he played a Filipino actor and former basketball player. He also starred for twelve years in the popular sitcom Palibhasa Lalake.
